The item or package that is donated is at the discretion of the Ovintiv Events Centre. Considerations include: the type of fundraising initiative, the capacity of the event, and if the group has received a past donation. An additional deciding factor is the amount of requests received, as we have a limited number of items available each month.

We donate event tickets,OEC merchandise such as ball caps, T-shirts, fleeces, golf shirts. On occasion, we donate autographed memorabilia and/or Ovintiv Events Centre items, but cannot provide this for every fundraising event.

All requests must be submitted on official letterhead from the organization or charity. Due to the volume of requests received, we must receive your request at least 6 weeks prior to your event. Please ensure your request letter contains the following information: Date of the event, type of fundraiser,how the donation will be used (i.e. Silent Auction item, Door prize), where the fundraiser proceeds will be directed & contact person’s name, phone number and address.

If your request was unsuccessful, you will receive a response in writing within 4 weeks of the receipt of your request. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we are not able to discuss the status of your request via phone or email.
